In October 2024, Inbar Ben Menda won the tender for the position of Deputy Legal Advisor of the Civil Service Commission. Ben Menda has dedicated her career to advancing Israeli civil service law and promoting cross-governmental collaboration aimed at increasing the participation of underrepresented populations in the civil service. She was recently appointed Deputy Legal Advisor at the Civil Service Commission of Israel, a senior management position within the Israeli civil service. The role includes close work with decision-makers across government ministries. She also serves as the acting Legal Advisor of the Commission when needed. In this capacity, Ms. Ben Menda provides among other things, legal counsel on senior appointments within the civil service and advises on matters of equality and diversity across the public sector. She holds an LL.B. from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an LL.M. from Bar-Ilan University, as well as an Executive M.A. in Public Policy from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
