Forward Thinking

We are delighted to introduce the 2025 edition of Fulbright Israel’s annual magazine.

Fulbright Israel alumni and fellows are a source of inspiration. In 2025, Israelis and Americans have continued to engage in groundbreaking research and projects, demonstrating resilience, academic excellence, and a high degree of leadership, some of which is featured in this magazine. The books and articles they have published in the past year, their prestigious awards, exhibitions, and patents indicate the program’s success and its importance in creating an engine of change and progress, ensuring Fulbright Israel remains responsive to the needs of today while planning for the possibilities of tomorrow.

In 2026, the foundation celebrates its 70th anniversary. This is a good opportunity to validate the values we have in mind when selecting fellows. These are values of excellence, a belief in the importance of state-of-the-art academic education, and in the exchange of knowledge that produces the forward thinking that has characterized program since its inception in 1956.

To our fellows, alumni, partners, and friends, we hope you enjoy reading this magazine, and we look forward to your support in 2026!
