Iyad Malouf

Iyad Malouf received a Minerva Stiftung Fellowship as a PhD Fellow at Freie Universität Berlin, as well as a teaching certificate in andragogy and educational innovation from the MOFET Institute (2025). Iyad Malouf is also a PhD candidate in the School of Cultural Studies at Tel Aviv University, and a lecturer at the Arab Academic College for Education in Israel – Haifa. Working in comparative literature, he examines how monstrosity functions as a cultural mechanism for shaping identity, otherness, and power across Islamic and Christian histories.
