Dr. Eihab Abu Rabiah

Dr. Eihab Abu-Rabia was appointed as the Head of the Department of Hebrew as a Second Language at Kaye Academic College of Education. He holds a Ph.D. in Hebrew Language from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev (BGU) and has previously taught in the pre-academic Studies Center at BGU. He is also a member of the Hebrew Language Committee for Arab Schools under the Israeli Ministry of Education. Previously, he was a Fulbright and Rothschild Fellow and a Visiting Postdoctoral Scholar in the Department of Linguistics at the University of Utah, USA. His research focuses on second language acquisition and vocabulary assessment, with an emphasis on Hebrew as a second language for Arabic speakers.
